The Great Lakes Distillery tour, is definitely worth a look. While my stay in Wisconsin I found the need to wash down my bottomless intake of cheese and dairy products with some fine spirits.
For $7 you can tour the factory and find out just how they make Rum, Vodka, Whiskey, as well as other liquors-even their own blend of Absinthe! It was pretty cool stuff.  Before the tour I recommend trying out my own little concoction I made up using their Citrus Honey Vodka and tonic water. It's a perfect blend of sweet and sour. After that kick back and enjoy the tour, these guys are really knowledgeable, and are eager to answer any questions you might have.
