Come visit Megan & Jerred as we unveil their special
day at Bridle Oaks Barn on November 9, 2019.
FUN TIMELINE TIP!
Some of my brides-to-be are not all that into all of those little detail shots or “getting ready” photos and that’s totally OK!
Personally, I love the details, and when I don’t capture your wedding dress before you get in it, I feel like I missed out.
Sure - you’re going to be wearing it, but to me it’s special - this once in a lifetime day is here and gone before you know it and after all is said and done, it’s only the photos (usually) that you have to look back on.
- BUT ASIDE FROM ALL THAT -
Having me ( + potentially an assistant photographer) , arrive 1.5-2.5 hours before the ceremony can give us time to capture those wedding party shots ahead of time. Or maybe even a “first look!”
Think about it…
If I capture you (the bride-to-be) and your bridesmaids ahead of time, plus the groom-to-be and his groomsmen I’ve already gotten a good portion of those wedding party photos accomplished.
This means!!! MORE TIME FOR YOU AND YOUR PARTNER!!
Wether it be extra photo time for the two of you ( You know I’ll take it!! haha!), or maybe a quick private moment before you are bombarded with interacting with all of your guests, you have it. That little bit of time in this ever eventful and oh so special day is there to do with it whatever you please.
I vote yes.
Best Man and “Best” Brother (as I was so informed lol ) with Groom-to-be cheering. Those smiles were contagious!
GOODNESS- do I ever LOVE this section of bridle oaks. Can’t get enough of these light feminine touches that add a majestic feel to the day.
Meet Chase! Megan and Jerred’s pride and joy.
This little cutie stole our hearts. <3
Every guest anticipates seeing the wedding cake.
This “Naked” cake gives a simple, and natural feel that I feel really compliments the nature and wood located at the venue. We all know that the cake is the centerpiece of the wedding and something and how you can personalize is a nice touch that can really make it your own.
How cute are these tiny wooden rocking chairs?!
DJ Phil had the party popping all night!
Night time shots are some of my favorite moments to capture.
It’s so intimate, and especially if you plan on creating a physical wedding album down the road it really completes the story telling of the day, as it both starts and ends with the two of you.
[ What your wedding day is truly all about.]
Thank you Megan and Jared for having a love that just simply radiates.
<3,
Alice
